Use of the site
GP Web Labs operates this website and its free engineering tools (the "Lab Tools"). By using either, you agree to these terms.
Free Lab Tools: as is
The PDF Editor, CSV Formatter, JSON Validator, AI SEO Checker, Sitemap Generator, Robots Checker, and Regex Tester are provided free of charge and without warranty. You are responsible for the content you process, and you should not submit confidential data you would not paste into a public form.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Lab Tools to crawl sites you don't own without permission, attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure, or process content you don't have the right to process.
Intellectual property
Content you submit remains yours. Our software, brand, and site design remain ours. Custom client work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GP Web Labs' liability for the free site and Lab Tools is limited to the amount you paid for them, which is zero. Paid engagements are governed by their own contract terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
